SALES TERMS |

All sales are final. Please inspect all merchandise thoroughly upon receipt. In the event of any shipping error made by Wigs by Pierre, we will correct it immediately upon verification. However, you must notify us within 2 working days of receipt of the goods. |

PAYMENT TERMS |
| |
A minimum order of $100 is required for all sales. Wigs by Pierre accepts payments by all major credit cards, money orders, or C.O.Ds. Any refused C.O.D shipments returned to our shipping department will result in a 20% handling charge to be billed to the customer's account. Finance charges apply to late payments. |

SHIPPING |

Wigs by Pierre offers same-day shipping on orders placed before 3 P.M(PST) via UPS Next Day Air, 2 Day Air, 3 Day Air or Ground service. Please specify your preferred shipping method when you placing your order. |

RETURNS |
| |
Returns will not be accepted unless pre-authorized by Wigs by Pierre. Requests for returns must be made within 5 working days of receipt of the goods. Return freight must be paid by the customer. When the approved merchandise is inspected and meets the criteria outlined below, a credit will be issued or an exchange processed. No cash refunds allowed. No returns will be accepted without Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#.) |

RETURN MERCHANDISE CRITERIA |

1. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the packing slip and/or sales receipt.
2.You must display the return authorization number on the shipping label.
3. All returns must be unused and repacked in their original boxes.
4. There is a $10 restocking fee for each piece returned.

Under no circumstances will Wigs by Pierre accept returns more then 20 days after invoicing. |
